CHANGE IN APPOINTMENT TIMES AND FEES - You have spoken, and we have listened!

Offering more appointments at short notice and balancing price points in an ever expensive world is really tricky, but we think we’ve done it. Effective immediately, regular appointments are simply 30 or 45 mins, with an option to lengthen the appointment at your own wish.

All prices are the same for in-clinic and virtual appointments. Women’s Health appointments are listed separately. Booklet packages are available for a course of 10 sessions (to be used within a year) @ a 5% discount.

Please be reminded of our Payment Policy: Payment is required within 7 days of your treatment. Payment made after 7 days will incur an additional 5% admin fee.

Having studied and qualified as a physiotherapist in South Africa, Cindy moved to the UK over 23 years ago and started (what turned into) a stellar career within the NHS and private sector within a variety of roles and specialisms.

Her interest in pelvic health was piqued whilst attending a course and became her speciality over 13 years ago. She prides herself on obsessing over the importance of this field of physiotherapy not only for the more typical pelvic health concerns but also for sometimes offering the ‘missing link’ when working collaboratively with colleagues working in back, hip and pelvic pain conditions.

Cindy has experience in treating a wide range of pelvic health conditions, including urogynaecological conditions such as prolapse, urinary urgency and incontinence as well as pelvic floor conditions including vulval pain, sexual concerns and bowel dysfunction. She is a Mummy MOT practitioner and is also very passionate in her work to support women during their childbearing years, which includes promoting active pregnancies, improving aches and pain during pregnancy, supporting women with their postnatal recovery as well as helping women to return to their full function after having a baby. Pelvic health problems are incredibly common, yet unfortunately there still seems to be a lack of awareness of the help and treatments available in addition to problems in this area still often being regarded as embarrassing.

As a result, Cindy has a very keen interest in promoting pelvic health awareness and normalising conversations around this topic, but also to help educate and empower women about their bodies and pelvic floor muscles, throughout their lives.
